Cupping

Cupping became part of more mainstream athletic treatment following its use during the 2008 Summer Olympics, but the treatment has been documented as far back as ancient Egyptian times.

Cupping has many uses; it can improve blood circulation, decrease inflammation, decrease pain, and relax muscles. Cupping can produce circular bruises, which are typically non-painful, which is a sign of poor blood flow through the tissue.
